DMCA Copyright Infringement Notification

All brands, registered trademarks, product names, and company logos visible on this website belong to their respective owners. FileSoul adheres to the federal Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) by responding to credible reports of alleged copyright infringement in accordance with DMCA and other relevant laws. As part of our protocol, we may remove or restrict access to content hosted on the FileSoul website that is claimed to infringe upon copyrights. In such instances, we make sincere efforts to contact the developer responsible for the disputed material, providing them with the opportunity to submit a counter notification as specified by the DMCA.

Prior to proceeding with either a Notice of Infringing Material or Counter-Notification, it is advisable to seek legal counsel to fully understand your rights and responsibilities under the DMCA and related laws. The following guidelines for notices are designed to comply with FileSoul's obligations under the DMCA, particularly section 512(c), and do not constitute legal advice.

Notification of Copyright Infringement

To report infringing material on FileSoul, please submit a notification with the following details:

  • A physical signature of a developer or development team authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner of the allegedly infringed exclusive right. For third-party agencies, include a copy of the "Physical Authorization Letter" to demonstrate authority over copyrighted content.
  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed, or, if multiple copyrighted works at a single online location are covered by one notification, provide a representative list of these works on that site.
  • Including URLs within the email body is the most efficient way to identify the content.
  • Information reasonably sufficient to allow the service provider to contact the complaining party, including an address, telephone number, and, if available, an email address where the complaining party can be reached.
  • A statement by the complaining party made in good faith that the use of the material complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  • A statement confirming the accuracy of the notification's information, along with a declaration, made under penalty of perjury, that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner of the allegedly infringed exclusive right (Note: Under Section 512(f), individuals who knowingly and materially misrepresent infringing material or activity may be liable for damages).

Please forward the infringement notice via the contact us form.
