Nero BurnLite is a lightweight software that offers the bare minimum of functionality to perform basic burning operations. The interface is identical to the full version, but all the tabs are pointed to the online store.

The application allows to burn data discs and copy the records. Side options include the ability to erase a rewritable disc, verify the data after burning, simulate the process and adjust the speed. Recordable and rewritable CD and DVD are supported. Although the first start is rather long and many unnecessary and confusing tabs for beginners, all is ultimately easy to use.
